Her performances are shaped by a dialogue with participants across chill-out rooms, clubs and festival dancefloors, alongside a deep affinity for improvisation and an expansive music library spanning deep techno, psychedelic bass music, dub, downtempo and ambient. Rather than treating listening and danceable contexts as separate worlds, Avsluta moves fluidly between them, tuning pace and intensity to the people and spaces around her.

She is the founder of Introspective Electronics, an ambient and downtempo platform that hosts regular radio shows, guest podcast series, and intimate listening events. Lucie is also a resident of Above Below, with appearances at La Nature, O.Z.O.R.A., Mostra, Lunchmeat, Waking Life, Ankali and Cafe OTO. Her solo music has appeared on Companion, Accent Records, Initiate Records, Huinali Recordings and Knekelhuis, alongside collaborative work as Vādin (with Christian Duka) on Utter and Offen Music.

Together with DJ and producer Alicia, she co-runs the cozy club night series Terra Obscura and has formerly co-organised SONIC GARDEN ambient outdoor events in collaboration with IKLECTIK and Amoenus. Over the past decade, she has been sharpening her musical knowledge behind the counter at London’s electronic music institution, Phonica Records, catering for curious local and international deep music heads.
